Cancellation



Travelers who cancel at least 45 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid less a 3% processing fee. If a reservation is cancelled less than 45 days before check-in, there will be no refund.

Security Deposit



As a registered guest of the Old Church, you are responsible for any and all damages that occur to the property or its contents by you or any other members of your group, individually, or collectively while you are registered occupant of the property.


Therefore, all reservations will require a $1500 security deposit. A credit hold will be placed 3 days prior to the check-in date. If no damage is recorded, the deposit will be released 3 days after check-out. In the event damage is observed, a written notification with images and total cost will be provided to the registered renter.

Church Rules



  • Maximum number of guests permitted to stay overnight at the Old Church is 14.
  • Primary renter must be a minimum age of 23.
  • Noise cut-off is 10:00pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking allowed on property. Signs of smoking, including cigarette butts left on the premises, will result in a $250 cleaning fine deducted from security deposit.
  • There must be a minimum of one parent for each four children present during the entire stay
  • All students must be accompanied by a parent, present at the Old Church for the entire stay. Unaccompanied groups of students are not permitted.
  • Events are not permitted unless pre-approved prior to the guest's stay.
  • No more than double the nightly occupancy is allowed at the Old Church.
  • Inability to follow the check-out procedures will result in $250 extra cleaning fee.
  • Please do not remove the American flag in the front of the church.

Check-in & Check-out Procedures



Please note, failure to follow the procedures below will result in a $200 fine. During the months of June - October, we are unable to accommodate early and or late check-in or check-out times.

Check-In Procedures

A detailed email will be sent one day prior to check-in containing the code to the front door.

Check-Out Procedures

In order to ensure every guest receives a 5-star experience, please follow the steps below to aid in our 7-step cleaning process and preparation of the Old Church for the next group. Failure to follow all steps will result in a $250 fine.


  1. Strip all bed linens, including duvet cover and pillow shams, and leave on the floor.
  2. Place all dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom.
  3. Empty the refrigerator.
  4. Load and start the dishwasher.
  5. Take out all trash and recycling from the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen and place in the aligned receptacles outside the backdoor of the kitchen. Recycling goes in the green tote and household garbage goes in the gray tote.
  6. Please sign out of any accounts you have logged into on the Fire TV
  7. Lock all doors upon leaving
