Special Event Fee

The Old Church of Pinehurst can host events and weddings for up to 75 guests. An additional event fee is added to the nightly rental rate, depending on the total number of attendees.

Corporate Events & Meetings

Just by looking around the Old Church, you know you’ve booked something memorable. The furniture is comfortable and inviting. The 120-inch projector screen is built-in, and there is flexibility to work throughout the main floor for breakout sessions or group discussions.


Our team has over 8 years of corporate event planning experience and can help make arrangements from mixed seating for one session, setup for panel discussions, speaker programs, and more. Just ask! Your team or customers will be delighted to partake in an unforgettable experience.

Event FAQ's

  • Is there a minimum stay?

    Yes! Our policy requires guests to book the Old Church in Pinehurst for a minimum of two nights. 

  • What is the maximum number of guests the Old Church can host for an event?

    Our maximum guest count is 75 people for an event.

  • Are tables and chairs included in the event fee?

    No, the Old Church does not provide additional furniture. This can be rented from a number of local vendors.

  • What time is the noise cut-off for events?

    The Village of Pinehurst's noise ordinance for events is 10:00 pm.

  • Is there an additional fee for hosting an event?

    Yes - we apply a separate fee depending on the event size. Pricing ranges from $3,000 - $6,500 and is outlined above.
